In December 2003, Paul Martin took office as Prime Minister of Canada, the federal government department known as Human Resources Development Canada (HRDC) was split into two new departments: Social Development Canada (SDC) and Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC). In February 2006, the new Conservative Government of Steven Harper reunited SDC and HRSDC under the umbrella of Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC).
Qresource is Canada's Human Resource information portal that makes finding HR management solutions, articles and tips, and news and links, in a simple easy to use interface.
